It never stops!

This is another Inspired Blueprints sketch, #10. My boys being only 21 months apart are all over each other. They're either laughing and playing or wrestling and beating on each other. Either way it's like a WWF match in my house at all times.

But, they keep each other entertained!

Fresh Prince

Remember that show? I'll never forget the first one when Will gets in trouble at school for wearing his tie around his head. His defense was they never specified WHERE he had to wear the tie.

I sent Leo to his room and told him not to come out until he was wearing a shirt. So, he comes out like this. Here's how our conversation went:

Me: Leo, I thought I told you not to come out until you were wearing your shirt.
Leo: Mom, I am wearing a shirt. It's on my head.
Me: speechless and had NOTHING.

It sucks to be outsmarted by a 3 year old. For the record, he's never seen an episode of the Fresh Prince!

My little man

Here's Aaron after his haircut. He loves to say "cheese" for the camera. I got nothing else to add.

All Boy

Last week I gave the boys haircuts. It was late in the afternoon and they were restless so I decided to finish them up the next day. The next day rolled around and I got the clippers out again and fixed up Leo's hair and then went to do Aaron's. I should have known better than to leave the scissors out and Leo did what any 3 year old would, gave himself a haircut. I pretty much had to shave his head, down to a #2 and as you can see, there's clearly still a shorter spot.

This is another one of my A Page 4 All Seasons layout.

Reach for the stars

This is one of my A Page 4 All Seasons autoship. I love how I can get 4 pages a month done without even thinking about it. On Easter Sunday, it was a beautiful day and Leo wanted to fly his kite, so we all went outside and had a great time. Leo even tried to teach Aaron how to fly it, of course one should never trust a 2 year old with a kite. He did let go, but it got stuck on the power lines and eventually we recovered the kite.

Little Sis

This is a Pagemap sketch. I haven't done the journeling yet as I haven't got my thoughts down. I just know that this is NOT the person I grew up with. MY sister never left the house without being perfectly turned out. MY sister did NOT get her hands dirty. MY sister did NOT like motorcycles. You see where I'm going with this? Maybe I just did my journeling. Anyway, this layout is not for her (since I started scrapbooking, every year for Christmas she gets more pages for her albums) but for my album I mentioned the other day.

ME

Excuse the picture, but it's hard to take them with a 2 year old around. Especially one as curious as Aaron!
This is an Inspired Blueprints sketch, #14. I'm so far behind in doing these.
I'm currently working on an album for me. It's not necessarily ABOUT me, but special pictures/memories etc. We, as scrapbookers, rarely have the time to scrapbook about ourselves and I'm trying to fix that. These are some old pitcures of me. I think I was about 6 to 8 months in the first one, 2 or 3 in the second one. The third one is my kindergarten school picture and I think the last one is 2nd grade.
All supplies are CTMH, Emporium Level 2 and Winter Cozy Dazzling Die Cuts

Lil' Engineer

I actually got the chance to scrap the other day. My wonderful husband took the kiddos to visit grandma for the weekend, leaving me home alone. Whooee!!! While the memory was "fresh" (more like this is the paper I was dying to use) I scrapped this picture of Leo's "block structure."
Wouldn't you know it, as soon as this Bo Bunny Gear Up paper pack got into my hot little hands, Close to my Heart came out with a "gear" paper too. But, the colors are a bit different and since I've got 2 very rambunctious active boys, I'm sure it's all going to get used.

Sneak Peak

Here's a sneak peak at one of the new paper packs in the CTMH Summer Idea Book. You are going to love, love, love this one! CTMH has done it again, great new papers and accessories.

This paper pack, Moon Doggie, will be used in our May Club meeting. I'm going to try something new this time. For just $3 more (total of $28) you can keep the rest of the paper pack to create even MORE beautiful layouts and cards! Not to worry, I'll still cut the paper for you and just add the rest to your bag. Please let me know at our April club meeting (or leave a comment) if you're interested in the whole paper pack. Yet another bonus.... the Hostess Rewards will go up!

Anyone NOT in the club that wants to do this workshop, leave me a comment and I'd be happy to make you one and ship it to you. A $5 shipping charge will be applied.

Lancaster April Club Layouts

Things have been crazy busy around here lately. Summer, and the prep for summer is my busy time with my "real" job. I haven't had a lot of time to scrap much less post. I could tell you I'll be better about it but I won't, at least not any time soon.

That being said, here are the April Club layouts

This layout is one that was specially created and you won't find in any book. The white spot in the flower holds a 4 inch round photo and the right page has two 4x3 photos on top and two 5x3 photos on the bottom. Aaron will be 2 in May and I'm going to use this layout for his birthday pictures.

This layout is Imagine Role Play and calls for one 6x6 photo, one 4x6 photo and five 3.5x3.5 photos. I actually was going to print some for this layout, but wouldn't you know it, I'm out of ink!

This is Imagine, Full House and the book calls for different pictures than I used. Aaron has this great open mouth full belly laugh and has since he was a baby. He's always laughing (or the opposite, screaming. He's one loud kid!) and I wanted to chronicle that. I also got a voice recorder and recorded his laugh and will put it on the layout in the top left corner.

The acutal layout in the book calls for seven 2x2 photos, two 4x3 photos, one 4x6 and two 6x4 photo. I didn't have those printed already so I modified to fit my pictures.
